Sharjah 24: The Sharjah Center for Islamic Economics (SCIE) announced the results of the “Al Qasimia University Prize for Research in Islamic Economics” at its second session 2020, held under the auspices of the Islamic Bank of Sharjah, after receiving a wide participation of academics and researchers in the Arab world, and they prepared solid scientific studies which helped to enrich science and knowledge in fields and branches of Islamic economics.
His Excellency Dr Ibrahim Al Mansoori, Executive Director of the Sharjah Center for Islamic Economics, confirmed that the second session of the award saw the participation of creative specialist scholars who devoted their efforts to rooting the concept of scientific research in the fields of l Islamic economics, in their respective legal and economic fields, and has helped spread its culture in the community at local, regional and global levels to earn the award.
His Excellency Dr Ibrahim Al Mansoori added that the award is a gesture of appreciation and honor in recognition of the sincere and tireless work of specialized academics to activate the role of scientific research and show its impact on improving the quality of services provided by Islam. financial institutions.
Al Mansouri indicated that the Sharjah Center for Islamic Economics and its vision to be the international benchmark for Islamic digital economy and finance, and to achieve its mission of excellence by linking the labor market to developments digital economy and Islamic finance by developing its research tools in accordance with good practices and international standards, to announce the names of the laureates.
